These terms outline the agreement between you (the client) and Wet Dream Pressure Clean. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions detailed below.
The client must provide Wet Dream Pressure Clean with access to a reliable outdoor water tap on the property. If your property is on rainwater tanks or has low flow, please notify us during the quote phase. We supply our own fuel-powered commercial washers and do not require your electricity for cleaning operations.
Please ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are secured before our arrival. Clear all vehicles, outdoor furniture, and delicate potted plants from the immediate cleaning zones. Wet Dream Pressure Clean is not responsible for moving personal items and cannot be held liable for damage to items left in active work areas.
While soft washing uses low pressure, some water intrusion can occur around poorly sealed doors, windows, or older weatherboards. It is the client's responsibility to keep all windows, doors, and vents closed tightly during cleaning. Please place towels along doors and window sills if water entry is a known issue for your home.
