Safety & SWMS Protocols

Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

We operate under a zero-harm policy. Every commercial, body corporate, and high-risk residential pressure clean is guided by project-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

Key Hazard Controls In Our SWMS

1

Working at Heights (Roof & Gutter Washing)

Full harness and anchor point setups, edge protection, scaffolding, or certified elevated work platforms (EWP) for roof pitches exceeding slope safety limits.

2

Chemical Safety & Material Handling

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) carried in all work vehicles. Specialised mixing, storage, and application procedures for sodium hypochlorite and eco-biodegradable surfactants.

3

High-Pressure Water Hazards

Visual checks on hoses, fittings, and pumps before operation. Crew members utilize steel-capped safety boots, gloves, and protective eyewear to control blast hazards.

4

Environmental & Wastewater Compliance

Runoff containment using bunds and filtration. Neutralisation of active washing agents before allowing them to seep into landscaped garden areas or stormwater systems.
